Kachori Bites – Imly Chutney

We didn’t want to copy Kota kachori.
We wanted to reinvent it — in a way that’s healthier, crunchier, and still true to its roots.

So we replaced:

• the maida outer layer → with a multigrain crisp shell,
  
• the dal filling → with a specially engineered spice blend that brings the same hing-heavy kachori masala flavour (without shelf-life issues)
  

Then came the magic idea:
Kota kachori is incomplete without imly chutney.

So we layered the top with a sweet–tangy imly chutney coating to recreate the EXACT eating experience.

• Flavour Notes: Sweet imly → tangy → hing → spicy
  
• Heat Level: Medium
  
• Texture: Crisp multigrain shell, masala finish
